Coralie Grzes uses the fastest and most convenient shipping method to deliver orders worldwide, however, the shipping time depends on the destination. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.

Please remember that the shipping time does not include production time!

All jewelry is handmade to order and lead-times vary. Normally production takes 3 to 11 days prior to shipping.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your jewelry, Coralie Grzes offers you the flexibility of returning your purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the products purchased have not been used and are in perfect condition.

To make returns please send a message here with the reasons of your return and a picture of your product.

Important note:

For custom pieces (engraved, personalized jewelry), Coralie Grzes does not accept returns and cannot offer exchanges or refunds.

-The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. 

-Returned items will be carefully inspected. Products that are unused and in perfect condition will be refunded in 3-4 days of the return date through the same method as the payment.
