How do I order?

On the product page, choose the size, the finish (if these options are available) and the quantity required. Add these to your shopping cart and a number will appear. To proceed to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow the steps then click ‘confirm order’.

When your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I choose a finish?

Some pieces are available in either a matte or a polished finish. If you are unsure which finish you would like, you can send a message here before placing your order.

When will my order arrive?

Most of Coralie Grzes’ pieces are handcrafted to order and can require up to 3 to 11 full business days to produce.

Can I get my order urgently?

Unfortunately, Coralie Grzes is unable to accommodate any VERY urgent requests. Occasionally some stock is available for same-day or next-day dispatch. Please contact Coralie Grzes here to enquire about availability before placing your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Coralie Grzes’ online shop accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Is coraliegrzes.com site secure?

Yes, the website as well as the coraliegrzes.com payment platform is secure. In addition, your banking information is not saved. Any transmission of information to our site is carried out securely.

Why has my card been declined?

In most cases, you should contact your bank or card issuer. If you then continue to experience issues, please contact Coralie Grzes here.

Where can I purchase your products?

In addition to her online store, Coralie Grzes has a showroom which you can visit to discover her unique pieces. If you’d like to know more or want to book an appointment, contact Coralie here.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Coralie Grzes’ creations are custom-made, high-quality pieces and are not subject to seasonal sales. Any promotions will be communicated to customers via her newsletter and social media channels.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are available in set amounts here. Please note these are only valid for online purchases. Gift cards can only be used to purchase a piece of jewelry or a workshop. Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

How quickly do your couriers deliver?

These deadlines are estimates given by the carriers with which Coralie Grzes collaborates. Coralie Grzes cannot be held responsible for any delay in receiving your order.

National Shipments (Spain peninsula):

-Standard Shipping (with Correos): to most locations within 1-5 business days. 

-Express Shipping (with UPS): to most locations within 24h-48h business days.

International  Shipments (European Union):

-Standard Shipping (with Correos): to most locations within 3-15 business days.

-Express Shipping (with UPS): to most locations within 48h-72h business days.

Rest of the world:

-Depending on shipping companies and locations, if you want to have an estimate of the time it will take for your order to be delivered, you can send a message before placing your order here.

How much does shipping cost?

You can find all the details about shipping options and prices here. 

But there are three options:

STANDARD Shipping with Correos: Free for all orders.

EXPRESS Shipping with UPS: 15€ for all orders inside European Union. Free for orders from 200€

INTERNATIONAL Shipping (different shipping companies): around 40€

How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation outlining your order details, delivery details and your individual consignment reference which you can use to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will advise you of your parcel’s express tracking number, which you are able to use to track your order on the respective courier’s online tracking service.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Coralie Grzes studio based in Barcelona, Spain where each order is hand crafted.

Do I need to sign for the delivery ?

If you choose the Express Shipping option, you must sign to get your package.

What happens if I am not here when I should receive my package?

After your package has been sent you’ll have a tracking number in order to follow your shipment in order you can know which day you should receive it. In case you miss the courier:

  • For deliveries by UPS (express shipping), the courier will contact you by phone to reschedule the delivery or leave your package in a UPS access point.
  • For deliveries with National Post Service (standard shipping), the courier will take the parcel to your local Post outlet to be collected with your ID.

My tracking says my order as been delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?

In most of the cases, the parcel has been delivered and signed for by another person. Please check your reception, concierge, office and neighbors before contacting Coralie Grzes here.

Where do you make your jewelry?

Coralie Grzes jewelry is designed and produced at her studio in Barcelona, Spain. She also works in collaboration with a craftman engraver and a stone setter, both based in Barcelona.

What materials are used in the production of your jewelry?

Coralie Grzes only uses sterling silver (also called silver 925/1000) and 18kt gold (also called 750/1000). All the products are nickel free.

Where does the metal come from?

Coralie Grzes is a Fairmined licensee and since 2017 so she only uses metals (silver and gold) from her local Fairmined provider based in Barcelona.

All jewelry is made with gold and silver of traceable origins from artisanal and small-scale mining organizations.

Each piece of jewelry is sold with a certificate indicating the name and location of the mine from which the metal is extracted. If you want to know more about Fairmined label, their mines and the metal extraction conditions, you can visit this section.

Why some pieces are made with recycled silver or gold? What does it means?

Some unique pieces or pieces from the collection are made from recycled metals because Coralie Grzes also reuses the waste and offcuts from her own production.

By recycling them, she gives a second life to old jewelry or oddment.

The purity of the metals is exactly the same as jewelry made from Fairmined gold or silver.

The alloys used in her production are always 925/1000 for silver and 750/1000 or 18kt for gold. Jewerly made with recycled gold or silver is not sold with a certificate of origin.

Why is there no plated jewelry among your collections?

Coralie aims to create durable and high-quality jewelry, which does not change in appearance over the years.

For this reason, all her pieces are made in solid gold 18kt or silver sterling. Never plated or filled. So you can be sure that they won’t lose their color over time.

Are your gemstones also ethically sourced and responsibly mined?

Yes, precious stones and pearls are all sourced from trusted providers who confirm their legitimacy and ethical origins either by personal knowledge or written approvals. 

Are your jewelry hallmarked?

Each piece of jewelry is hallmarked by Coralie Grzes (manufacturer), with the exception of the most delicate pieces which are exempt from Spain hallmarking regulations as they contain less than 3 grams of fine gold or less than 7 grams of silver.

Can you use my old jewelry to transform into a piece of your collection?

This option is possible ONLY for gold jewelry. Please do not hesitate to contact Coralie Grzes here and she will explain you step by step how to proceed and how to give a second life to your old jewelry pieces.

What is you return policy ?

Coralie Grzes offers you the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the products purchased have not been used and are in perfect condition.

Unfortunately Coralie Grzes does not offer refunds for bespoke sizes or custom pieces (personalized jewelry or engraved).

The jewel I gave/received is not the good size or I want another item from the store, what should I do?

If your piece was purchased through the online store, please read the return policy and how to proceed here.

If you received the jewel as a gift please be sure to give the name, email address of the purchaser when you will contact Coralie Grzes.

My jewel is broken can you repair it?

Yes, almost all the jewels can be repaired. You can send your item back to the workshop and Coralie Grzes will advise of the necessary action and fee for the repair.

Please note, the repairs process takes up between 5 and 15 business days, beginning on the day Coralie Grzes physically receive your item/s. To begin your repair, please send a message here.

How much will my repair cost?

The cost of a repair is dependent on the type of damage evident upon assessment of the piece. If you would like an estimate, please email a photo of the break and details about the issue to info@coraliegrzes.com and she will be in touch.

How can know my ring size?

There are different options to find your accurate ring size. You can check them in the ring size guide here or if any of these options works for you, you still can purchase a ring sizer here.

How will I know if the size/length of the chain will suit me?

Please refer to the product page for the product’s chain length and look to the product images for an image of the item being worn by a model. Alternatively, Coralie Grzes recommends measuring the length of an existing necklace for comparison. 

Can you make the chain longer or shorter?

Yes, if the chain of one of our necklace seems too short or too long for your taste, you can order a bespoke chain length. The option length option are: 40 cm, 42 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm and 60 cm.

A bespoke fee is applicable depending on the request and unfortunately Coralie Grzes is unable to accommodate any bespoke requests outside of the above.

I do not find my ring/bangle size in the product list, do you offer a bespoke size?

Coralie Grzes can customize the size of some of the rings and bangles. Coralie Grzes does not offer exchanges or returns for any bespoke items. Please send a message here, with the piece and size you’re after to be advised of the cost and process.

Do you offer bespoke service?

Yes. If you have in mind a special design you want to create, Coralie Grzes can offer a bespoke service. Please, send a message here and she will explain you all the steps of the process.

My gold jewelry has tarnished. What should I do?

It is very normal for gold jewelry to tarnish and this can happen for various reasons; your skin’s acidity, particular creams/lotions, storage conditions or contact with water. Gold jewelry can easily be cleaned with an appropriate cleaning solution. Also, a cleaning every year is highly recommend to keep your jewel as beautiful as the first day. My silver jewelry has tarnished. What should I do?

My chain is knotted. What should I do?

Knotted chains can be difficult to untangle and there is unfortunately no easy fix. 

Coralie Grzes recommends using two small pins or needles and patiently separating the knots, avoiding any stress or unnecessary tension to the chain as this will result is stretching and eventual breakages. If your chain is broken Coralie offers you to buy a new one, please send a message here.

My earrings backings are not so tight than before, I’m afraid to loose my earrings, what should I do?

Earrings backings must be tight to ensure that the tension between the post and the backing curled springs are enough to hold them in place. If you feel your earrings backings are loosing their tensions and are not so tight anymore, you should send a message here and Coralie Grzes can sell you a new earring backing to avoid you to lost your earrings.
